Signing in

Creating an account

Go to velumi.com and click Sign up. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and a password.

Password requirements: at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.

After submitting, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your address and be signed in automatically. The link is single-use — if it expires, request a new one from the sign-in page.

You can also sign up with GitHub — no password or email verification needed.

Signing in

Go to the Velumi login page and enter your email and password, or click Sign in with GitHub.

After your password is verified, you'll be asked for a second factor:

• If you have an authenticator app set up, enter the 6-digit code from the app.
• Otherwise, a code is sent to your email address. The code is valid for 3 minutes.

Forgot password

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password. Enter your email address — if an account exists, you'll receive a reset link. The link is single-use.

After resetting, you'll be redirected to the sign-in page.
