Members
Go to Organization → Members to see everyone in the organization, manage roles, and invite new teammates.
Inviting someone
- Click Invite member.
- Enter their email address.
- Choose the role they will have on joining: Owner, Admin, or Member.
- Click Send invitation.
An email is sent with a link to accept the invitation. The link expires after 7 days. While pending, the invitation appears in the member list — you can resend or cancel it from there.
Accepting an invitation
When you receive an invitation email, click the link. You must be signed in to the Velumi account that matches the invitation email address. If you're signed in as a different account, you'll be prompted to switch.
If you don't have a Velumi account yet, create one first — the invitation link will still work after you sign up.
Changing a member's role
Find the member in the list and change their role from the dropdown next to their name. Changes take effect immediately.
Owners can change any member's role. Admins can change the roles of other Admins and Members, but not Owners.

Removing a member
Find the member in the list and click Remove. They lose access to the organization immediately.
Owners and Admins can remove members. Admins cannot remove Owners.
Leaving an organization
To leave an organization you belong to, go to Organization → Settings and click Leave organization.
