Cancel a subscription
There is no single "cancel subscription" button in Velumi. Cancellation happens when the last paid project in an organization is either downgraded to the Dev plan or deleted. The subscription is cancelled automatically at that point.
How to cancel
For each paid project in the organization, either:
- Open the project, go to the Plan tab, select Dev, and confirm the downgrade — your project stays online and all data is retained, subject to Dev plan limits, or
- Delete the project entirely from Project → Settings → Delete project — this is irreversible
When the last paid project is downgraded or deleted, the subscription is cancelled automatically and any unused paid time is credited to your account.
Deleting a project is permanent. There is no recovery. See Delete a project.
Restarting a subscription
At any point after cancellation, you can upgrade a project back to a paid plan. If the organization no longer has a payment method on file, you'll be prompted to go through the checkout flow again to add one.
